We moved! We have got to be the luckiest people! We went out for a Sonic drink one weekend, and happened to see an Open House sign on the way. Being the perpetual house hunters that we were, we decided to drive by and see what the house looked like. It was love at first sight! Our new house gives us so much more room, and is right across the street from a little park. It couldn't be more perfect for us!
The man who owned it was so sweet to work with us, even though he was getting bids from many other families!!! We knew we had to make an offer quick, and we are so glad we did. In less than 3 days, we had a contract on the house and ours was on the market. Our house sold in 10 days!!!! It was all meant to be. In just one month, we bought a house, sold a house, and closed on both of them. We moved into the new house just 30 days from when we made an offer. It was wild and crazy!!!
We are in the process of updating everything in the house, so I don't have pictures of the inside yet. I will post the before and after pics when we are done. Be patient, it might be a while!!!!
